6. YOUR RIGHTS

Data Retention and Data Deletion

Request for Deletion:

If you no longer wish to utilize our Services and desire the deletion of your User Account/personal information, you can reach out to us at (contact@srtekbox.com) to request the deletion of your User Account. Your User Account and, in accordance with our data retention obligations, all associated personal information will be erased within a 30 days period from the date of your deletion request.

Deletion Due to Non-Use:

If you do not access or use the Services or your User Account for a consecutive period of 12 months, we will delete your User Account along with all related personal information. If you wish to avail the Services after the deletion of your User Account due to non-use or per your request, you will need to sign up as a new User.

Rectification of Inaccurate or Incomplete Information:

You can modify, alter, or update your account information (including User Information) at any time by emailing us at contact@srtekbox.com However, please be aware that modifying, updating, or deleting your account information may impact the continuity or quality of the Services provided to you. SRTEKBOX may approve or disapprove modifications to any Information if it is required to comply with applicable laws.

You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information about you (which you cannot update yourself through your User Account).

Data Portability:

Data portability refers to the capability to obtain certain information in a format transferable from one service provider to another.
