Information we collect through SmartContract and SmartBrokerSuite application: Information we collect through the SmartContract and SmartBrokerSuite application is used to enhance app functionality, personalize user experiences, and ensure efficient service delivery. Information we collect while creating an account: When creating an account or using our services, we collect information necessary for account creation and service usage. This includes data provided by users directly. Account holders, as users of our services, contribute their data to facilitate service usage and personalization.

Usage Information We actively collect data pertaining to your interactions with the Platform, encompassing pages viewed, User Account dashboard activity, and content created or uploaded through the Platform and services.
Log File and Device Information Your utilization of the Platform triggers the automatic collection and storage of information in server logs. This includes specifics like access to your User Account, data sent by your web browser when visiting any website, IP address, location inferred from the IP address, ISP details, device information (hardware configuration, operating system), browser types, referring/exit pages and URLs, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, and pages viewed. Importantly, this automatically collected data is not linked to Personally Identifiable Information.
Information collected through our employees: full name, date of birth, contact information (including address, phone number, and email), designation, gender, blood Group, educational background, employment history, references, national Id or identification documents (such as passport, Aadhar card or driver’s license), banking details for payroll purposes (Account No), pan card, parents name, spouse, emergency contact number and name, nationality, passport details, health information (Personal data of employees and their spouse and child) and any other necessary information required for employment eligibility and administrative purposes.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We gather device-specific information (hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers). Your device identifiers may be associated with your User Account. While you have the option to decline these cookies by adjusting your browser settings, it’s essential to note that this may impact certain Platform features or your overall experience.
All information voluntarily provided to the Company, including Personally Identifiable Information or Sensitive Personal Information, may be utilized in accordance with Section 3 below.

Given the nature of Internet transactions, SRTEKBOX does not take any responsibility for the transmission of information, including User Information shared by you. Any transmission of User Information on the internet is done at your risk, and SRTEKBOX shall not be responsible for the circumvention of the privacy settings or security measures either by you or any third party. Data Retention and Data Deletion

Deletion Due to Non-Use:
If you do not access or use the Services or your User Account for a consecutive period of 12 months, we will delete your User Account along with all related personal information. If you wish to avail the Services after the deletion of your User Account due to non-use or per your request, you will need to sign up as a new User.
Rectification of Inaccurate or Incomplete Information:
You can modify, alter, or update your account information (including User Information) at any time by emailing us at contact@srtekbox.com However, please be aware that modifying, updating, or deleting your account information may impact the continuity or quality of the Services provided to you. SRTEKBOX may approve or disapprove modifications to any Information if it is required to comply with applicable laws.
